A rate looks wrong
This is the most useful message you can send. Every rate on the site is read from a lender’s own published page, but pages get redesigned and extraction can misread them. Tell us the lender and what their page actually says, and we’ll check it against the source and correct it.
You work at a credit union
If your listing is wrong, out of date, or your membership rules changed, send the correction and we’ll update it. Listings are free and always will be — nobody pays to appear on the board, and nobody can pay to be ranked higher. There is also a “Help improve this listing” link on every credit-union page.
Press, data, or partnerships

What we can’t do:give mortgage or financial advice, quote you a rate, or introduce you to a lender. RatePerch publishes data — it isn’t a broker or a lender, and it doesn’t sell your information to anyone.
Removing your own submission or a rate alert doesn’t need an email: see the privacy policy for the self-serve options.
